When you enroll online, we ask for:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Address information — street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
• Permit/license information — credential type, issuing state, permit or license number, expiration date, and physical details that appear on the document (date of birth, sex, height, eye color, vision restriction).
• Medical condition notes — only if you choose to share them, so instructors can plan lessons safely.
• Referral source — how you heard about us.

Payment card details: card payments will be handled by Authorize.net on a secure hosted payment page. This website does not collect or store your card number.

We use the information you provide to:

• process your enrollment and set up your student record;
• schedule lessons, courses, and road test appointments (including DMV paperwork that requires your permit/license details);
• contact you about your enrollment, scheduling, and payments;
• plan lessons safely when you share medical notes;
• understand how customers find us (referral source).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your information is accessible only to school staff who need it to process your enrollment, schedule your training, and complete DMV paperwork. We share details with third parties only when needed to provide the service you requested — for example, the DMV for road test scheduling or the payment processor for a payment you initiate.

We use your email address and phone number to communicate about your enrollment — confirmations, scheduling, and payment questions. If we offer a newsletter, subscribing is separate and optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including transmitting form data over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to school staff. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for a small business handling enrollment records.
