Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page describes how Elegant Driving School Inc. handles cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests for lessons and training packages.

Note: The school is finalizing the exact terms below. Until final terms are posted, cancellations and refunds are reviewed case by case — please contact the school and we will work with you.
Cancelling a lesson or package
If you need to cancel or change a lesson, call the school as early as possible at (718) 466-7717. Packages that have not been started are generally easier to adjust or refund than packages where lessons have already been used.

No-shows and rescheduling
Missing a scheduled lesson without notice may count as a used lesson, and repeated no-shows can affect package scheduling. If something comes up, contact the school and we will do our best to reschedule.

How refund requests are reviewed
Refund requests are reviewed individually by the school, taking into account lessons already taken, services already scheduled or paid for on your behalf (such as DMV fees or road test appointments), and processing fees already incurred. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
